Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation of membership is only possible at renewal dates. You will be informed 30 days ahead of your due renewal; if you wish to cancel your membership you have those 30 days in which to do so. Membership cannot be cancelled during the year in which your membership is still valid; no refunds will be given if you decide not to make use of your PSA membership for any part of a year.
Cancellation of events payments is only possible more than 30 days in advance of the event. If you cancel 60 days or more in advance you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel less than 60 days but more than 30 days in advance you will receive a 50% refund. You may cancel your event registration less than 30 days in advance, but there will be no refund available.
